Coach Rashawn is a seasoned athlete turned trainer. He has experience working with people of all ages.
His programs start with the fundamentals: form and body awareness. With these two key components, he lays the groundwork for all that comes next.
He knows how to prepare the athlete for longevity in their sport, building layer upon layer of important skills such as core strength, body mechanics and agility training. Through his techniques, the athlete learns how to avoid injury and how to have a long career in their sport.
Memberships are on a month to month basis, and can be cancelled at any time. There are no refunds provided for any unused sessions.
