How it works
Your cells make energy using structures called mitochondria. Red light helps mitochondria make more energy (ATP). More energy = faster healing, less inflammation, and quicker recovery.

You will feel gentle warmth but no pain during your session. You sit in our comfy red light chair or lie on our treatment table while the light is placed over the painful area. A treatment lasts 30 minutes.
