Service Description
During this comprehensive assessment, the docs will evaluate your condition, discuss your concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to help you achieve your goals. Treatments are designed to release tension, restore mobility, and correct structural imbalances. Our practice employs a virtual medical assistant to be present during the visit to ensure everyone's comfort. All major insurances are accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for copays prior to visit. You may receive a bill through the mail if insurance denies payment or does not pay in full.
Cancellation Policy
Intake and consent forms must be filled out to determine candidacy prior to procedure date. The providers reserve the right to refuse certain services, if determined to be unsafe for the client. Please note that you may not be satisfied with your results. No outcomes are guaranteed.
